Our mats are crafted from premium rough-cut Oak or a robust blend of hardwoods. We utilize 3/8” x 4 ½” or 5 ½” steel carriage bolts with nuts that are carefully recessed and countersunk. The bolt patterns are strategically designed to minimize the risk of diamonding during both installation and handling. As part of the assembly process, each board undergoes meticulous inspection prior to placement and is drilled using a 7/16” bit with a 1 ½” counter bore.
