Our Timber mats are crafted from high-quality rough-cut mixed hardwood, exclusively employing hardwood. We employ 1” steel rods and bolts with recessed and countersunk nuts. The bolt patterns are designed to reinforce the timbers during both application and handling. As part of the assembly process, every beam undergoes inspection before placement, followed by drilling using a 1” bit and a 1 ½” counter bore. To ensure optimal strength, each nut is securely fastened with an air impact tool. Upon the conclusion of the final inspection, we meticulously seal and paint the ends for added durability and protection.
